If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All prices displayed on the website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates and may offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the products to the delivery address specified in your order.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
